MY STORY

Hi! I'm Meg! I am a certified Life Coach. I work with clients who feel constantly overwhelmed with anxiety. It's a terrible feeling! I know it well because I used to be that person. I've suffered with anxiety my ENTIRE life. I wouldn't spend the night out when I was young because every time I did I felt nauseous and had to come home. At one point in my life I stopped going to movies and out to dinner because I had panic attacks every time I did. I've had panic attacks that were so bad I nearly fainted. I literally saw black! There is nothing worse than than feeling "crazy" and out-of-control. I wanted to run away and escape my own self! I got so fed up with my anxiety that I decided to try ANYTHING that I thought might help. I read books (lots of books), tried medication, supplements, therapy, guided meditations, reiki, yoga, LENS therapy, hypnosis, massage, I even tried past life regression therapy! I was desperate! 
 
After doing all of that I learned the secret to overcoming anxiety. I stopped running away from it and started running toward it. I learned how to "lean in" to my anxiety. How to embrace it. Most importantly, I learned to take the fear out of anxiety.

I did it the hard way but luckily you don't have to. I can help you! You can learn from my experience!
